Circulet ("the Service") is operated by rumon lai ("we", "us", the "Seller"). By using the Service, you are entering into an agreement with rumon lai.
By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction or have authority to bind your organization.
Circulet is an online collecting game where users open virtual capsules ("Circs") using in-game tokens. Token packs may be purchased with real money. Tokens and items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently; (b) send spam or harass other users; (c) infringe intellectual property; (d) probe, scan, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or its security; (e) introduce malware; or (f) attempt to manipulate game economy, tokens, drops, or leaderboards.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
The Service, including software, artwork, branding, and content, is owned by rumon lai and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or create derivative works.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
